What are your center hours?

Our center is open Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We are closed on weekends, statutory holidays, spring break, summer break and winter break. Our holiday schedule for the following calendar year will be announced in October or November of the current year.

Are you a licensed daycare? What is the staff-to-child ratio?

Yes, we are fully licensed child care centres and are inspected by Fraser Health. We are specifically licensed to provide Group Child Care for children under 36 months of age (infant and toddler care).All of our staff are fully qualified and hold the required certifications, including Early Childhood Educator (ECE) certificates, criminal record checks, and First Aid certificates.Our staff-to-child ratio is 1:4, meaning there is one staff member for every four children.

Do you provide food?

Parents are responsible for bringing their child’s lunch. We provide morning and afternoon snacks each day.

Do you provide part-time or drop-in daycare?

No, we only provide full-time child care. We do not offer part-time, drop-in, or occasional child care.

How do I schedule a tour?

We conduct tours for families once a spot becomes available for their child. After you submit an application, if we have a spot available that meets your requested schedule, we will contact you to arrange a visit.

Do you provide regular reports on my child’s progress?

Yes. We will create a private WhatsApp group for each family, where we will regularly share photos and videos of your child’s activities, learning experiences and creations. We will also use the group to communicate with parents and provide daily updates.

What is Affordable Childcare Benefits?

Families with a household income under $111,000 may be eligible to receive up to $1,250 per child per month.The amount of funding a family receives depends on factors such as the child’s age, family size, household income, and type of child care.Families apply for the benefit directly through the provincial government and must renew their application each year.

What is Child care fee reduction initiative?

The Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative (CCFRI) helps make child care more affordable for families by providing funding to eligible, licensed child care providers. This funding helps reduce and stabilize monthly child care fees.Families do not need to apply for CCFRI. Child care providers opt in to receive the funding when they apply for Child Care Operating Funding.We participate in the CCFRI program, so our full-time child care fee after the CCFRI reduction is $1,050 per month.
